GM Allison 1000

The name Allison is known throughout the transmission world, and has a history for being the toughest and robust transmissions on the market. The 01 and up Chevy Duramax diesels come equipped with the little brother of the Allison family, however this transmission is not little by any means. The 1000 model shares the same basic structure as the 2000 and 2400 models allowing some basic upgrades along with those that have emerged from the aftermarket. Westminster Transmission offers three baic units as a guidline to what you may need, but we custom build all our units so contact us today so we can put together a unit that is exactly what you need.

Level 1 (stock) includes:

Box overhaul kit including:
- New clutches
- New seals/ sealing rings
- New gaskets
- New filters
- Rebuilt valve body
  - With new electric sensors and solenoids
  - Shift improver kit to prevent converter prime issues

Level 2 (Performance Rebuilt) includes:

Box overhaul kit including:
- New clutches
- Including upgraded C2 Z-Pack for higher thermal capacity under high load.
- New seals/ sealing rings
- New gaskets

  - With new electric sensors and solenoids
  - Shift improver kit to prevent converter prime issues
